The last two years of the pandemic have exposed critical development gaps and
vulnerabilities in the world. Now, more than ever, the region needs to amplify and act on
the voice of 25% of the world's population towards accelerating progress on the
Sustainable Development Goals.
AVPN South East Asia Summit, a clarion call for action, will spotlight pressing issues of
the region to prioritize the region's needs. With voices from across the ‘continuum of
capital’, the Summit hopes to connect unlikely allies, enable learning and cross
pollination of ideas and solutions and advocate for a roadmap for the region. The
Summit will also examine India’s influence over the region and unpack the role of the
private and social sectors along with the government in contributing to not just India’s
development narrative but also fueling the growth narrative of the South Asia region as a
whole.
As India takes on the G20 Presidency and G20 India promises to be action oriented,
reform oriented and inclusive - here’s a platform to deliberate on the recommendations.
