IIC warmly welcomes Divya Jain to the IIC Team as Head of Research!

Divya Jain brings over 11 years of diverse experience, starting her career in investment banking at SBI Capital Markets, where she specialized in debt markets spanning financial analysis, bond fundraising (both domestic and international), and the end-to-end execution of debt transactions, including stakeholder management.

Driven by a passion for social impact, Divya transitioned into the development sector, focusing on education and skill development programs. She worked as a Program Manager at Pratham Education Foundation and with an education-focused startup, gaining invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities within the sector. Motivated by her desire to leverage her skills to create opportunities for the underprivileged, Divya’s work aims to help others access the same pathways to success that shaped her own career.

Divya is passionate about impact investing, recognizing its potential to drive tangible outcomes in the social impact sector. She is eager to further her knowledge and play an active role in leveraging research to create meaningful change.

Divya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA in Finance from the University of Mumbai.

🔅 10 Years of IIC!

In December, IIC completes 10 years of its journey towards catalysing impact for India!

To commemorate this milestone, IIC will be hosting its ‘Decennial Year Celebrations’, in Mumbai, in the presence of IIC’s long standing partners who have played a key role in shaping the Indian impact investing landscape. This invite-only event will also see the launch of a special publication – ‘The India Story - Celebrating 10 Years of IIC’, that captures the journey of Indian impact investing, from 2010 to 2024.

The event will take place on the 5th of December, 2024 at the Jio Convention Centre, Mumbai.
