Refund & Cancellation Policy

Impact Investors Council (IIC) does not sell products or services directly through its website. Our website primarily serves as an information and engagement platform for programmes, events, and initiatives.

• Event registration fees, if applicable, are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (such as event cancellation by IIC), participants may be offered either a full refund (excluding applicable taxes) or a credit towards future events. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

   

• Program Applications: Applications to initiatives are mostly free of charge. If a program has an associated fee, details of the refund or cancellation policy will be clearly communicated at the time of application.

   

• Membership or Subscriptions: If applicable in the future, the terms of cancellation and refunds will be shared at the time of enrollment.
